• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, q999 reserves the right to void any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
